Do yourself a favor and show yourself some love.

Right now.  No matter what mood you’re in, say three positive things about yourself.  Seriously, do it.  If you’re in a bad or depressed mood, just the act of thinking of something positive to say will start to change your mood.  As this happens, you’re not only loving yourself, you’re also making yourself more loveable.

Think about it.  How attracted are you to a single who complains all the time about how much being single sucks?  Well, unless they’re highly physically attractive to you, chances are not much if at all.  Why?  Because by not loving yourself, you’re sending the message out that you don’t deserve any.  And who better to believe whether or your not you’re worth their time than you?

So, show yourself some love.  You deserve it.
